1) The school fair will take place on campus, as previous years?

No, at the beginning of the school year, the supply lists will be sold on our "CNG Bookstore" on line,

2) How to buy?

If you need instructions on how to buy your school materials, you can go to Home. Once there, go to How to buy on the bottom, left hand side.

3) What is the cost and time for delivery?

After confirming your purchase in the "Shopping Cart" the total amount of your order will be registered and free of freight charges. All materials will be delivered to the address registered by the customer. Therefore, we encourage that you register the correct address, so that all materials can be delivered in a timely manner. Your order will delivery from 3th to 6tn, July and from 23th to 27tn July.

4) How can the orders be paid?

The "CNG Bookstore" takes both credit and debit MASTER CARD and VISA.

5) When do I know my order has been confirmed and delivered?

Once the order has been paid, you will receive a message of approval on your screen. A confirmation order will be sent to your e mail, along with the invoice.

6) How can I proceed for changes?

Changes will be accepted within one month of issuance of the invoice. Changes are subject to manufacturer's quality problems, or having bought the wrong product or, wrong list. The user can get in touch with the "CNG Bookstore" and/or come to school to make the change. You should be aware that no money will be returned.

7) I have any doubts about the process, where can I ask for help?

8) Can I pick up the school materials?

Students and parents should not come to pick up anything in school, all orders will be delivered to the corresponding address by Servientrega.
